What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Venmo.
How do I know if my order was received?
You should see a confirmation screen after completing your order. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you do not see an email come through the same day, please check your junk folder. Please confirm that you enter an accurate email address at check-out.
Will all the products I order ship together?
Some orders may ship separately. If you receive only a portion of your order, you can expect to receive the other portion(s) in follow-up shipments. There are no additional shipping and handling fees associated with separate shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer shipping outside of the US.
What are shipping costs for my order(s)?
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and will be displayed to you at check-out before your order is placed.
When will my order ship?
All in-stock items will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive a tracking email for each portion of your shipment.
When will my order arrive?
We'll send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for transit time.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We cannot offer returns or exchanges on Polynesian Bowl gear. If you feel you received an incorrect size or item, please contact us at info@polynesianbowlgear.com within 14 days of receipt of your item(s).
